Hong Kong Orders
- Free Delivery for orders over HKD600 (excludes furniture and bulky items).
- For orders below HKD600, a delivery fee of HKD49 applies.
- Standard delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- In-Store Pickup is available at our local shops. Orders are typically ready in 1–3 working days, with confirmation sent via email.
International Orders
- Free International Delivery for orders over HKD1,500 (excludes furniture and bulky items).
- A fixed fee of HKD289 applies to most orders under HKD1,500.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–14 working days after dispatch.
- For heavier or oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if this is the case.
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. Customers are responsible for these charges.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.
- If any issues arise that could delay your order, we will contact you immediately.
